　　內容簡(jiǎn)析

　　本節課的內容是人民教育出版社出版的NSE高中教材必修1第二單元的Pre-reading, Reading, Comprehension 部分，本單元的話(huà)題是英語(yǔ)及其發(fā)展。本節課是單元的閱讀課，教材以英語(yǔ)發(fā)展史的順序呈現，教師可在充分利用教材資源的基礎上，結合學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況設計教學(xué)活動(dòng)，旨在幫助學(xué)生有效地掌握閱讀技巧，形成有效地學(xué)習方法和閱讀策略，同時(shí)了解篇章結構和寫(xiě)作特點(diǎn)，為下一步進(jìn)行議論文的寫(xiě)作教學(xué)做好準備。

　　一、知識目標

　　1、初步理解、掌握課文中出現的新詞語(yǔ)，學(xué)習分析課文中的長(cháng)難句子，初步感知課文中出現的本單元要學(xué)的語(yǔ)法現象。

　　2、加強學(xué)生對英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言的了解，特別是英語(yǔ)發(fā)展過(guò)程的了解。

　　二、技能目標

　　1、能理解文章主旨大意，獲取信息、處理信息、進(jìn)行推理判斷和表達的能力。

　　2、形成分析篇章結構的能力，提升邏輯思維能力

　　3、學(xué)會(huì )總結體裁文章主題的方法。

　　1、通過(guò)標題預測文章內容；運用略讀和找讀策略迅速獲取信息,并能夠精讀文章獲取信息和分析信息。

　　Task 1 Vocabulary（詞匯預習）

　　Preview the new words of this text.

　　【設計意圖】通過(guò)預習詞匯為下一步的閱讀掃清生詞障礙。

　　Task 2  Warming up（熱身）

　　Do you know there is more than one kind of English? In some important ways they are very different from one another. For example, American and British English separately use bathroom and toilet to refer to the same meaning. Can you list some different English words having the same meaning? Write them down.

　　1. Get two members of different groups to come to the Bb and check up their prevision tasks, one group to do the following task:

　　Find the words or expressions for each of the following meanings from the text.
